Yep. Weight distribution very different on EVs. Makes them significantly more lethal.

I'm not sure what exactly qualifies as "terrorist" attack, because any attempt on any number of lives should be considered an attack of terror, regardless of motive. It was fricking dumb for them to say it wasn't at the start.

Islam is not compatible with modernity. It needs a reformation. Wherever it thrives, things move backwards. If we open our borders to people who hate Western democracy, “ infidels” and modernity, this is what we get.

Back when the GWOT was fresh and people were trying to wrap their heads around Islamic terrorism, I used to try to explain this to them.
One of Islam's main tenants is conversion of the entire world. Convert, pay the infidel tax, or die. Those are your 3 choices.
The people we refer to as "bad" or "radical" Muslims are actually the ones following their religion.
"Good" or "non-radical" Muslims are the ones who aren't.
Good/better people, sure. But ISIS/AQI/Taliban/Etc. are the ones who are the "best" followers of their religion.

I find this strange also. People post plates on Facebook community groups or the Nextdoor app and the vehicle’s owner is usually identified quickly. There are plenty of folk with access to the database.
