I had heard reports of that possibility but didn’t know if it was confirmed or if those reports were just due to the shooting at the end. Sad for the guy to dodge the car but still get hit with gunfire.

Not terribly difficult to shoot a gun while driving, regardless of speed.

In the video OMlandshark posted that was pinned on the first page of this thread. When the shooting first starts, it looks like a civilian is shot and falls backward and then everyone bolts away.

I don’t know all the details but I assumed he had shot after crashing the vehicle while also combating with police before eventually getting killed
