Seems like this would be a slippery slope when it comes to video without the other persons consent. Audio is one thing but video is another.

Didn't you know that women aren't as responsible for their actions as men?

If Josie has drunken sex, according to law, it's not her fault because she couldn't consent.

If Josie drives drunk, according to law, it is her fault because she was able to consent to driving.

This was a poster back from 2008 at Coastal Carolina and from what they said its changed dramatically since then. The article posted on the second page shows the new poster which is very reasonable and in no way as one sided as this one was.

This happened to a bunch of Marines at the Engineer School when I was there.

What year was this? I remember a similar scenario being brought up in the bs "safety stand downs" while in the Marines. I also remember this poster being up as late as 2015-2016 in Marine buildings even though a link above says it was from Coastal Carolina University circa 2007-2008 and was removed quickly.

2006.

And no, I didn't see the video. Probably not worth watching anyway. 3 dudes and a wag bag? I'll pass.

Updated poster

ETA: drunk sex is way better than sober, so, this poster sucks, too.

If sobriety was required for consent then half the population wouldn't be consensual.

The idea that you lose all control and responsibility after a few drinks is ludicrous

Sober

I wonder how much college sex would never happen if this rule was actually followed.

Hell, if sobriety were required before sex half the population wouldn't have been conceived.

I live about 10 minutes from Coastal Carolina. If you have a pulse you can get laid there. The campus is full of girls who want to party and spend 4 years near the beach.

you dont know your laws very well. Many states are One-party consent states. and he was one party of the conversation and he obviously consented.
