Some jurisdictions, even single part consent jurisdictions, have laws against recording sexual acts where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy even where one party consents.

The outright sexism in the legal system is abhorrent. It's not just "rape" cases, but in family court it is much worse. Men/fathers are assumed to be inferior to mothers. It's criminal.

When I was in the Air Force, this is what we were taught in the Sexual Assault Awareness classes we had to take every year. If both are drunk and you have sex, the woman can't consent and it's considered sexual assault.
