I can completely imagine a scenario where after a mutual drunk hookup, the man goes and files rape charges against the woman. Cops talk to the woman, she says,"Yes, we had sex when we were drunk,but it was consensual.".
Cops take out warrant on man for rape.

This happened to a bunch of Marines at the Engineer School when I was there. Chick banged a few guys at the same time and people found out. She claimed rape. They had video. She got NJP'd.
