Well I think that raping a 4 year old is on a bit of different level of evil than a 21 year banging a 16 year old so I suppose I do.
I suppose you don’t consider shooting a 16 year old in the stomach that big of a deal since you failed to address it. I don’t put levels of “ok” on attempted murderers but I guess you do.

I'm 68 years old and remember overhearing my dad and some other men talking about what happened to a child rapist in our small rural town and it went something like this...
"Mr. XXXXX told me they chased him through the woods and caught him down on Spring Creek on a sandbar. He probably would have bled to death when they cut his nuts off but ol XXXXX was able stop the bleeding with sand and leaves".
I guess when it came to child molesters 100 years ago, the men of the area took matters into their own hands.

Prosecutor recommended house arrest. Judge signed off on prosecutor.
Probably had a problem w victim testifying. That's usually what happens when you see light sentences in these cases. However, the house arrest was illegal.

Judges have got to be held accountable for repeat offenders. There's no other way to fix this.
I'm so sick of pieces of shite like this getting to walk free and continue to break laws with no consequences.
And these shite judges and DA's that allow it are just as culpable of the crimes as the criminal.
