2021: 3400.00 miles

2022: 3291.08 miles

2023: 3400.22 miles

Three year total: 10,091.30 miles

This train has no brakes. I get up at 4 am and run 10 miles a day, taking off about one day every 2-3 weeks. I've run with covid, food poisoning, migraines and strained hamstrings. But it's worth it not being a fat piece of pooh. You're welcome, America.

I enjoy running but holy crap man. That’s an amazing feat! How have you not gotten shin splints or a stress fracture running that much?

Do you lift at all? Looking like a Nigerian distance runner with Low T is just a rung above being a fat slob. It is better though.

This can’t be healthy.

So just running no weight training?

When you run 10 miles a day, what’s your average split time?
