I’ve got this complete dumbass millennial neighbor who I’m trying to help

The dumb frick can’t even cut his grass right. So I try to talk to him, explain how to get things done, you know, I’m trying to help but his damn text message no attention span mind can’t even listen for 5 minutes before he wanders off and fricks something else up.
What should I do OT? Kick his arse, frick his wife? I know the wife wants it, she keeps bringing me cakes and asking me to fix what he fricked up.

Leave him alone and let him frick his life up so he has a chance to learn. You aren't "helping" people when you shield them from consequence. You're enabling their failures to try and make yourself feel better.
If you want his grass cut a certain way offer to do it yourself and acknowledge that's why. Don't butter your ego saying you're trying to "help" anyone but yourself.
