It’s official. So long Louisiana.

In two weeks I’ll be moving to southern Missouri in the Ozarks and leaving my home of state of 50 years. Spent a week looking for houses and after a week of driving on real roads I come back to Shreveport and felt like I was being bounced all over the place.
I didn’t quite feel the depression I usually feel when coming back since I know Ill be leaving for good very soon.

Lol. I don't know if it's going to be next summer or 2-3 years down the road but it'll happen soon enough. I have some mutual interest from a former customer of mine at my previous job. Large company in NC

Bought a condo in NW Arkansas when I first retire.
It was great golf, single women 40’s - 50’s in good shape who liked to run in the morning to relax that had alot of pineapple ceramic stuff in their house, and fishing. Bought a nice hot tub man those women loved that a lot. It was nice up there.
Then had some issue with my handicap son health was going down hill, parents were getting older having health issues, and moved back down to be closer to everyone.
At this point I might buy another condo up there dealing with less traffic, beautiful sunsets on the lake, and riding my motorcycle in the Ozarks.
