You’ve obviously never been through something like this, Ive been through many minor storms when I lived in BR storms... had some flooding during Rita but Gustav woke me up about the power of these storms and wreaks havoc on people’s lives. Wasn’t there during the BR flood. But no reason to mock people who may or not have gone through a tragedy, it affects the whole community

My son is up there. Called me at 2:30 that morning to let us know they had a tree fall in the roof of the house and damage the roof, and also had one on his car. Had 8-9 trees down just on his street alone. He's fine, so I'm thankful for that. EF-3 is no joking matter. Doesn't matter what you're sheltered in if you're in the path.
