Studies obviously exist. Results show no increase in major cardiovascular events but do show that there is a possible link between heart health and TRT

Yes, but there is no defined level at which it does more harm.

Is it 1700? 2200? 3000?

Nobody knows. All they mention is supra-physiological doses. Which could be a wide variety of dosing.

Key word is “possible”

This will blow your mind but what if I told you that there are biannual checks on heart health while taking TRT?

He’s still pushing the “rock is off the juice and has heart disease” angle despite knowing he lost the weight deliberately for his movie role

Doubt they know about bloodwork

Read something about the amount of cod he has to eat daily to get enough protein. Crazy

My shake and eggs every work morning is 180ish grams and I think most people could eat it.

6 eggs lightly cooked in olive oil. Shake is 4 scoops of whey, a tsp of dark chocolate cocoa powder, and two scoops of collagen. It's...a thick 32 oz

Hopefully you drink a lot of water. I can imagine the constipation.

But good for you man. I've been doing a high protein diet for a while now and it definitely helps build muscle and lose fat.

Nope. I don't sleep enough. Never have. Hit 35 and it was like my test level just turned off.

No sleep apnea. The males in my family don't sleep more than 2-3 hours at a time. We nap in the afternoon for an hour or so if we can. There are just too many things to do.

Coffee all day. A gallon of water at night.

As Ive been saying, just admit you dont need it and you just want to look yoked like the Rock did and also that youre okay with degrading your heart health as a tradeoff.

For influencers? I agree. It sets unrealistic expectations for legit treatments and just in general. You can 100% tell who's on gear.

Completely false. I worked out constantly and my T levels were still low. I was placed on TRT with a 305 total Test level, while not clinically considered hypogonadism and not covered by insurance. Normal test levels at my lab were 280-950. My last levels drawn were 830 Total and 53 free T. I stay in normal range with 100mg/week. Diet and exercise help, but do not have close to the same results.

It takes alot of work to stay that big, and in Hollywood most movies and shows aren't going to want you to be that big. After this movie that the Rock just did, he seems to be shifting towards more serious roles just like Batista. Cena dropped alot of weight too.

Certain workouts with bad diet can lower T. Just exercise in a normal schedule + diet and your T will be fine.

You didnt need and dont need T at all. You have no medical reason to be taking it since youre in the normal range.

If you want to take it then fine, but you have no legitimate reason to take it other than to boost yourself to the high end of the normal range your body cannot naturally get to.

Again, you have no official medical condition that would say you need T yet you're taking it anyways.

It depends on genetics when it comes to their response to PEDs. Some guys will easily blow up on PEDs and dont need to workout as much while others may need to work harder.

Either way, sitting on your arse and taking PEDs will pack on more muscle than someone working out regularly with a great diet.

Completely false. My diet was extremely clean. You have no idea what you are talking about with regard to testosterone therapy. Maybe you should ask yourself why different labs and different areas of the country have different "normal" ranges. Also, the difference is a test level of 250 (low) and 300 (normal) is very small. The difference in 300 (normal) and 900 (also normal) is vast. We don't just treat lab values, we treat patients and symptoms. 305 was my level when starting on TRT, but that was far lower than the normal for my age. I had all of the classic symptoms.

No, he is a walking advertisement on how angry T can make you for absolutely no reason, and onn how little self awareness the T users have for what they put those around them through with their hot headed jacked up selves.
