I did wonder, at first, if this was an Iron Dome miss that just happened to hit the hospital...
Israel claims that the Iron Dome doesn't take out rockets that are still over Gaza, probably for this very reason.

Iron Dome struggles on flat(er) trajectories. It's the difference between hitting a deer running left to right versus running right at you. That's why they intercept after apogee as it comes "down the barrel".
So ID missiles go UP, not out. Israeli's are more at risk, by a huge amount, from Iron Dome interceptors than anyone down range.
Once it reaches apogee, then the AI (radar+computer) decides which battery is going to be the closest underneath it along the decent trajectory and then fires that battery. So by design it is the battery firing the most "up" than "out" that fires.
They don't waste interceptors on low % shots, or the AI doesn't, because they are launched at them in barrages.

Protests/riots have broken out all across the region: West Bank, Beirut, Jordan, Yemen.

There was the young German girl who was kidnapped from the festival, there is a video of her being paraded around and everyone said she was dead. Then the mother came out saying she had evidence that her daughter was alive and in a hospital in Gaza but with a severe head injury and they were trying to get her out of there.
I wonder if she was in this hospital?
I know it's not really important but it's just something that came to mind.

I, also, for one think it is called for with the military situation in such that I think the only way this is "won" is by doing such things as you have to "break" the population of Gaza as opposed to "winning them over".
I wonder how many people on here condemning Israel in this situation have also made posts cheering on the way Sherman handled his march through Georgia? I would bet there's a pretty good overlap there.

“The Palensians Had No Other Choice"
Believing that the Gazans only option is to behave like animals should be an insult to them. Whoever believes that kidnapping, raping, beheading babies is the best they are capable of… it’s not the endorsement they seem to think it is.

This tweet claims several hundred vehicles are headed to a US airbase in Turkey.

As a former history teacher of mine put it, “Sherman declared ‘War is Hell’ then proceeded to make it so.”
Something to be celebrated? Not really. But it was awfully fricking effective.

I'm legit curious what actually happened at the hospital.
@ GeoConfirmed ISR-PAL appears to have this solved. Launched from Gaza, failed mid air, landed on hospital.

Naftali did indeed work for Netanyahu on his digital team. But he's a reporter now, or was until Oct. 7th when he was called up from the reserves (he has combat experience and was wounded).
He is not currently serving on Netanyahu's digital team.

With the added possibility of there being a weapons cache stored there/nearby which was set off.

That guy followed up that he was going off of a Reuters report that was not accurate.
I don’t see any official position for this guy anyway.
