Ignore all hearsay. The refining business depends on crack spreads and price per barrel. Some of the market is already locked in quarters in advance to hedge earnings. Of course unplanned maintenance and large market swings will counter this but for the most part it is actually predictable for the bean counters.

Seriously though I’ve been hoping a demographic shift would liberate Iran for 20 years. A return to a liberal Iran would be an incredible development for the world.

Congrats. American troops about to die for Isreals war and its fascist leader. Netanyahu also goaded us into the Iraq War saying they had WMD'S. Which of course turned out to be false.
