Do you “negotiate” this with her?Maybe she would like to go to the grocery store while you watch the baby. Maybe she would like to go to the gym. You have to think about more than what you think is the best thing to do. If you don’t show her consideration in small things like these, then she will never be happy.

The first few couple of years w/your first kid are really tough. Odds are you are making her just as miserable and it's likely neither of you even realize you are doing it. It's not really something people do on purpose. The added stress of taking care of the baby just makes people that much more sensitive to any other stress/annoyance in your life. Since you can't really get mad at the baby for being a baby the odds of you or your significant other getting pissed at eachother for even the smallest things rises exponentially.
You should see some sort of family counseling be it at church, w/a professional, or even from friends who also have kids. Remember, the vast majority of the time it's better for the kid to have two parents in the picture. Yes, your relationship may be shitty right now but if she's a great mother then she's probably not a terrible person and you should be able to eventually work out your issues.

Have you tried sitting down with her and talking about this? Ask her what's wrong and then tell her how you feel. Don't make this more complicated than it already is

You sound incredibly selfish, no wonder she is sick of your shite.

Something LSUGuy said several pages ago really got to me. He said "My family got her houses to clean on Saturday."
That's not a good thing! She's stuck at home five days a week, cleaning up after a baby and trying to keep your house clean. So, to get out, this woman who used to do office work is now thought by the only family related to her child to be fit to clean other people's toilets, kitchens and whatever.
That would depress the hell out of anyone.
Are you buying the house and is her name on the deed? Does she have a retirement plan? Do you?
Do you have any idea how boring poop filled diapers are?

I’d say about 40 percent of the time I really don’t like her.
I’d say that’s pretty standard.

You can't judge a long term relationship by what happens when you have your first child. Some of the attention & energy that you used to devote to each other is now focused on the baby. But she's telling you she needs help with the house and your child...she's letting you know what she needs & yet you act mystified. She may never need you more than she does now-if you let her down, she may not ever need you in the future. Maybe she can work at night & you can take care of your child. She can earn her own money, make friends and gain confidence in you as a parent. That's what we did. The kids were only with a baby sitter a couple of hours a day. One of my boys actually told his wife that he wanted her to stay home with their daughter "like my mom did". I worked full time! Make a commitment to being a good parent and partner. She has no reason to feel secure right now.
