Weed. Lots and lots of weed when you wake up. That's really the obvious and probably only choice of hangover cures.

I used to have a buddy that was (is) a professional race car driver (not naming names). He would keep a bottle of oxygen and a mask in his race trailer. Swore to God it was the best hangover cure in the world.
I believe oxygen just gives off an euphoria. It really doesn't cure a hangover, but much like weed, it creates some sort of good feeling.

There's an IV place off Coursey. I've checked it out, definitely worth it

While I am sure it makes you feel better, unless you have a monumental day ahead of you, I just don't see how one can justify the prices for these IV recovery treatments.
Where I live, these treatments range from $100-$250 (depending on various add-ons and upcharges).
A $125 IV session or a $8-10 Michelada? I'll choose the latter.

Had a roommate years ago that worked at a navy hospital. Used to keep a few bags of saline at the house just for this. 10 minutes on a saline drip and you feel like a new person. shite works.

The older I get I don't get as drunk as I use to
It's not worth it for feeling like shite for a day or two
Now I can get a good buzz going where I don't have to be sloppy

Yeah pedialyte is nice and all but throwing in an IV with a bag for an hour of .9% sodium chloride solution or whatever when you wake up from 2 hours of sleep still drunk on LundiGras morning, is just the proper way to do it.
That's a hell of a lot of sentence right there. Breath.

Hydrating yourself before bed and a percoset when you wake up. Then another for lunch and repeat at dinner.

Pound a ton of water before bed
Wake up around early, pop some zofran, pound more water, go back to sleep. Wake up a few hours later, pop a xanax and you're 100

My hangovers are different than the usual symptoms. I don't get nauseous or a pounding headache like others get.
I'm really tired, disoriented, and confused. I feel like I'm in a fog. Chugging a glass of water or Powerade and a couple of ibuprofens really can't cure that. That's only a time thing.
Cold shower. Most people would say frick that but it works

This place is only $50 and you end up getting a bunch of vitamins to go along with the rehydration. It's definitely worth it the couple times I've gone

Step 1: Become an EMT
Step 2: Hook yourself up with an IV when necessary
Step 3: Ahhh...

What works for one person doesn't always work for another person. For me, there is almost nothing that can prevent a hangover or cure it once it has happened. I've tried all the tricks multiple times. Some people just suck at processing alcohol. The only thing that prevents one is to not drink more than 3 drinks, and the only cure once I have one is time.

be sure to intake the water soluble vitamins before you drink.
hydrate.
eat right.
get plenty of sleep.
none of that goes with a typical drunk.

"I am sick from drinking too much of this drug, I wish there was like some sort of miracle cure"
"Just smoke weed"
"Oh no I dont do drugs. Anyone have some motrin?"

Half a thing of Pedialyte before you go to sleep, the other half when you wake up. Drink 1 glass of water for every 2 drinks, eat a high fat meal before you start drinking.
It reminds me of a quote I read: "If you felt like you did with a hangover on a day you weren't drinking, you'd call an ambulance."

Preventative care. Drink a water between each 2 drinks and take some B12 and you'll be fine.
Or get a fluids IV the next morning.
