I always found eating something before going to sleep helped a lot.

Order these and take them a couple hours before drinking. They are vitamins made out of dehydrated vegetables. You have to take like 3 horse pills because its actually compressed food. They have absurd levels of antioxidants, B-vitamins, etc.
Then drink lots of water before drinking, chug cups of water randomly throughout the night, and drink 20 oz of water before bed with 4 advil and 2 dramamine.
That’s the best prevention I think possible without an IV.
Or you could just treat the next day with greasy food, weed, Xanax, and Gatorade and you’ll feel great.

Oh and don't drink on an empty stomach and avoid sugary drinks.

I hate that they always try to cure diseases thatre caused by people's bad decisions like AIDS and shite but nobody researches cures for us innocent hangover sufferers

Back when my wife were dating and newly married ... I convinced her that giving me a hummer would cure both hers and mine hangover the next morning.
It worked for a couple of years.
Not anymore though.
