no... only time will rid you of the acetaldehyde that builds up after drinking alcohol...
you can only manage the symptoms to get relief, but it does nothing to help speed up the process of ridding the body of the byproducts that form and accumulate after drinking...
alcohol follows zero order kinetics in metabolism in the body, as it is an enzyme-catalyzed reaction... changing the concentration does nothing to the speed of the reaction...

Is there any cure for not getting Punched in the face while boxing? Not really. But, keep your gloves up, don't take unnecessary shots, and you will wake up with less black eyes.

kratom, weed and powerade has me feeling like a million bucks this morning and I drink nearly a fifth of nasty arse evan williams whiskey last night. I usually have terrible hangovers also.

As many have already said, it is primarily a matter of dehydration and rehydration takes some time. There is no instant cure.
I have heard that Vitamin B will help (but not cure) the bad head.

it will, to a point.... a better option is a complete multivitamin, as many of the components are antioxidants... and what they do is fight free radicals (charged ions dispersed by exogenous compounds/viruses/bacteria/infections in the body), which limit the cellular destruction/disruption, limiting the amount of damage the body then has to put up with and fix....
fluids, before, during, and after drinking are vital to preventing/limiting hangovers, but again, doesn't cure shite...
