No, it’s a common denominator driving everything these days, an extreme lack of will to be the heavy. Parents don’t want to parent. The justice system doesn’t want to seek justice, and nobody wants to really discipline, especially when that may cause them to look like “meanies”. That’s all so very passé. You are extrapolating all of this from something that has been happening for decades?

Paris has installed noise radars that can detect offending vehicles. brilliant.
noise has become a much worse problem in recent years. My condo is off a relatively busy road. No issues at all in my first 2 years living there. Now I get woken up in the middle of the night with my heart racing. Really unhealthy way to live. Your body thinks it's in danger and releases stress hormones.
