I saw the ATM stabbing posted this morning on WAFB and questioned if it was related to this case? Does anyone know if there is a potential link?

come for the culture, stay, because the coroner hasn't released your body yet.

I don't see how they would be linked. This guy has been dead a while and anyone using that ATM probably has a 50% chance of being stabbed.

I would think an OD would get wrapped and dumped before a murder... Murderers don't usually take that time or effort.

Just a couple blocks from the ATM stabbing yesterday.

Was just about to post the same thing. I don't think it is related, though.

Who wraps a body of someone that OD'd?

Someone who doesn't want a dead body in their trap house.

Good areas to dump a body, lower traffic, overgrown, run down.

I'm sure it will be pretty obvious in the autopsy. He shouldn't be so badly decomposed where they wouldn't find wounds.

What about accurate toxicology results? I know zero about the rate of decomposition

Me either. I don't know how long that stuff is able to be measured in a dead body.

I think, based on how cooperative the homeless crack head has been, that he partied with a couple of nice crackheads. But unbeknownst to their little party, a bad guy was lurking in the shadows. And when their party ended he pounced on Millard.

Or Millard simply OD'd in the trap house with the nice crackheads. Then they moved him b/c they were scared of going to jail. Leaving his phone back in the Downtown area coulda been a gesture of goodwill so he would be found.

I know we all watch a lot of murder docs but I doubt anyone had an elaborate scheme to kill this guy.

Either they will find bullet holes, stab wounds, bruises, etc. Or he overdosed.

But wrapping a body and dumping it sounds more like something associated with a murder.

Could be the same murderer. Targets vulnerable people to rob at ATM?

That's not very close to where he was spotted. That's a pretty long walk. I guess he was just wrapped up and dumped there.

How far away from the bus station was he found?

I think many of you are overthinking this. It’s likely he got some tainted coke and OD’d. It happens, quite often these days.
