Not everything involves spreading buttholes, mike
When men die while alone on business trips, it often occurs in the pursuit of drugs or buttholes(male or female).
Demz the rules.

That's my main question. You have someone using a stolen card on camera. Surely that would be enough probable cause to arrest him. What could have the black guy have told them that would overcome actual photographic proof of a crime being committed?
I don’t think they talked to the “black guy” who was using his ATM card. There has been no mention other than his very vague description of “other than white” or something similar. where did you read that? Please link it if you can track it down.

Any new developments this afternoon?

When did this black guy supposedly go to the ATM?
Did he actually withdraw money?
If they interviewed him and let him go, then i would assume that it's a homeless guy that found his wallet and takes the debit card and goes to the ATM in hopes that the PIN is something like 1234. It isn't, and he gets no money, so he goes to the bus station and buys something with the debit card as a credit card. He's not criminal enough to know to take the phone since he can't unlock it, so that's why the phone and wallet stayed where they were near his hotel.

North of Govs Mansion to Choctaw didn't see anything out of the ordinary. No buzzards or obvious tracks into the brush.
Nothing stinking
So...there's that.

That's a very key detail that they are leaving out.
If he was walking from Happy's to his hotel we are talking about roughly 1 block. One does not need to "walk away from downtown" to get from that point A to point B.
So either this is shitty journalism (very possible), or there are details being left out of where exactly he was when he was seen "walking away from downtown". Because if he were "walking away from downtown" on his own we are talking about several blocks either north, east or south of Happy's.
Also there is zero good innocent reason to be walking away from DTBR. Downtown is surrounded by a ring of what are probably some of the most dangerous places in the USofA.

BRPD saying nothing. Kiran reporting some key stuff. Texas Equusearch put out some pics of Nathan and his client leaving the hotel. Now it turns out Happy's said Nathan was drunk when he got there, wallet found with CC's but no ID, and video from ATM allegedly shows Nathan standing near or behind the guy getting money out the ATM.
Long story short - it's shifting from a guaranteed 100% "guy was clearly murdered" into "maybe this guy might have disappeard on his own".
But overall, nobody knows shite.
Did I miss anything? Oh, and Mike keeps talking about buttholes.
That's about it.

I doubt the guy knew about the surrounding areas.

I hate to speculate but it seems like the extremes are the most plausible - he intentionally disappeared or he got caught up in some shady shite (whether he went looking for it or not) that pulled him away from downtown.
Here's one thing i'm wondering Kiran reports he is seen on camera near and ATM with an unknown man. Then his wife says and unknown black man was seen using his ATM card. Is it possible this is the same situation but it got distorted (telephone game style) in the story getting to his wife?
What is most likely to have happened changes drastically based on whether someone else had his PIN number or not. Interesting they took debit card but not credit would suggest drugs are involved.
(if he was headed away from Downtown with a strange man voluntarily and they went to an ATM but not under duress then this has the stench of Crack Cocaine all over it.)

Also, does it say that the ATM withdrawal transaction was successful?
Could some rando have found the wallet misplaced on a Greyhound bus station seat and tried PIN 1234?
And that is why he was released? He technically didn’t commit a crime.

honestly the whole thing makes no sense why let someone use your ATM card if you are right there?

You know what I usually do with “Clients”/“Business Associates”?
I meet them in the Lobby of the Hotel. I don’t need them to ride up in an elevator to my room.
So, I got to be the guy. Who recognizes Mr. Blue shirt “Client”?
He has to be the #1 Suspect.
