If all that showed up on the toxicology report was cocaine, ethanol and fentanyl why was BRPD talking about blue magic heroine?

The 'blue magic' was no doubt fentanyl which clearly did not mix well with crack for Nathan. The hoes likely had higher tolerances-what's lethal for one person may not be for another.

It just means that the EBRP Coroners office found alcohol in Millard’s body, is what is meant by the ethanol findings in the toxicology report.
Hence, why he was kicked out of Happy’s, because he was FUBAR on alcohol, which led to Millards mission to seek out more potent narcotics, crack cocaine, ect ect.

So the toxicology report states it was an accidental overdose.
Since Stanka and the hoes distributed the deadly drugs to Millard they should be held responsible for his death.
Just because Millard wanted to do these drugs does not excuse the disregard for human life when Stanka and the hoes are distributing these deadly drugs to other people.
Not punishing Drug dealer pimps and bimbo hoes for distributing deadly drugs would be counterproductive in the fight for keeping drugs off the streets and all the crime and death associated with drugs.
