I’ve never had an issue in 10+ years using their autopay service
Entergy and AT&T on the other hand have made me say some real mean shite

i'm no website builder, but every time i sign on to pay entergy, i curse the stupidity of the builder who included multiple pointless clicks.

Had to go to Water Works District #2 in St. Helena Friday to request new service to my property that I’m going to start building on. Their office hours are 12-3 M-F. They only accept cash, check or money order. No online payment options-only by mail or in person. The employees are very nice though and said they’re “getting there” in regards to offering online payment options. A very nice gentleman called me this morning and was already at my property marking the location for the meter, so at least I’m getting prompt service. I’m optimistic at this point.

We moved into our existing house 6 years ago we they still have the wrong address on our bill - I’ve called them so many times I lost count

Not even close to NOLA's Sewage and Water Board. Try getting a bill for enough water to fill an olympic sized pool when you use the place to take a few showers a week while updating so to sell it.
