Board of education decision?

I'm frightened that eventually that could be a ruling by the SC.

Is this one of those issues that in your heart know is wrong, but are unable to refute legal arguments? Cause bathrooms are separate, and the court did say that it is impossible for separate and equal to be used in same sentence

Yeah, until women have been in it. Women are 1000 times nastier and filthier than men. They are disgusting, wretched creatures.

Dude wtf are you talking about? Women are nasty af. When I was a freshmen in college I did building maintaince and we used to fix stall doors ripped off the hinges, door handles, overflowed toilets, etc. All the time. I felt so bad for the janitors that had to clean up after those animals.

Due process jurisprudence is basically all made up bullshite. If Thomas or Scalia were to take a 1L con law exam in year 2015, they would probably fail.
