Had a vet that wanted to do 500 dollars of tests on my healthy dog. I asked the vet, let's go through test by test and you explain what actions I will take for pos/neg results. Her response was no action required, its useful info to be aware of. No tests were done. I found a country style vet the next week, no appointments and work on real issues

The biggest scam is the deep teeth cleaning. Dogs did just fine in the 1970’s when you’d throw them a milk bone every once in a while to help clean their teeth.

2 dogs, 2 heart worm shots, 2 physicals, 3 year rabies shot, some other random shite… $800. I call our vet the Chick-Fil-A of veterinary care in Shreveport. They hold the door for you, greet with a smile, and rape you on the way out. But they saved our Toy Fox Terrier when he had Parvo, so we keep going back

Just wait til they’re about to die and you have to pay a couple grand for tests to find out he has cancer and will die in a week

The "physical exam" where they touch the dog for 11 seconds and charge you $50

Then let someone else with no animal expertise or education “touch your dog for 11 seconds”.

You sound dumb. And it’s $50. How much do you think doctor offices are charging insurance companies when your fatass goes for a general wellness exam each year?

Well there’s a reason you don’t see chiropractors in hospitals and there’s no Harvard or Yale School of Chiropractic

False. Imagine trying to deal with a patient that can’t actually tell you what’s going on.

HVAC repair and maintenance!

They have you over the barrel and they know it. Just look at how many "How to build your multi-million $ HVAC business" videos there are on Youtube.
