$100 for an oil change? I think an oil change should cost around $25.. I pay $30 for mine and I bitch about it.
Anyone who would pay $100 for an oil change is a sucka. Whoever charges that amount makes about $85 in 10 mins (at the most, I am just estimating and factoring in paying someone by the hour to do it, etc),

My dealer gives two free oil changes and checkups per year. I rarely need a third, but I don't recall it being expensive

Between oil, filter, labor, and overhead, shops probably make very slim margins on $30 oil changes. I've seen places do them for $20 too. You have to be a real piece of work to bitch about that.
