She has a runny nose. The normal explanation for that is a cold or allergy. A less likely, but possible explanation is cocaine. If I had to guess I'd guess the former, but I'm not bending over backwards to say that the most common explanation is the likely one.

90s country is country more often than not….now after 2000 while not a 100% accurate rule your statement is probably at least 95% accurate if you are talking about terrestrial or satellite radio “Nashville” country.
