Is milk a scam?

Humans are the only animals that drink milk as adults, and the milk of another animal besides. The calcium found in cow’s milk comes from the plants eaten by the cows, not the milk itself.
So why are we told all through life that we need to drink milk?

How is it a scam? I know I enjoy dairy products if for no other reason than the taste. I think the question you’re asking is “is milk necessary for nutritional purposes?” But a scam?

First, other animals drink milk if given the opportunity. Cats love milk. My dog loves milk. Milks fricking delicious. I bet all animals would drink milk if someone would pour them some. Besides, you can't put water on cereal. Get outta here with this shite.
