Is Louisiana in Phase 2 ?

Given the number of towns that are effectively back to normal, I don't see why we can't just continue to Phase 3 instead.
The only places still actively shutdown are large companies and cities with high population density.

We went to the casino last night and as far as I could tell we are in about phase 6, whether the government likes it or not. Nobody gives a shite about the Rona anymore.

My daughter had beach volleyball all weekend. Didn't see one mask or one person giving a frick.

The bar I was in last night sure didn't give a damn and I loved seeing it. I'm almost wondering if these businesses have been given a hint that enforcement of this is going to be minimal since we are in phase 2

Went to Copelands Friday night. Other than staff not a mask in sight. It was at least half full. Maybe more.

The crowd last night was a little less than usual but people were packed up at the bar, maybe 10% wearing masks. The outside area overlooking the river was crowded with everyone drinking and hanging out.
Here's another shocker, it was white, black, Asian, Hispanic people all hanging out, laughing and getting along.

We've been on the courts a lot the last three weeks and I think out of three facilities and 6 total visits, I've seen one person with a mask. She just hung out talking to someone in the bar area so I'm not even sure she was there to watch any games.

Yes. Bars still can’t have live music or dancing inside. Restaurants can only be at half capacity with all kinds of weird restrictions. Live sports and festivals cannot resume, but little league practice can sorta start. New Orleans is still in Phase 1.
