Nike is strong with "Just do it" and "Be like Mike", but if greatest means most successful, I think it is DeBeers with "A Diamond is Forever". I think that campaign includes print as well as TV but it basically convinced everyone that you have to give a woman an expensive diamond engagement ring to get married.

James Garner and Marietta Hartley ad series for Polaroid.

Most of the USA decided they had to be married to bicker that believably.

Chevy needs to bring those ads back.

Their current ones suck balls.

Dunno, maybe that's the market they are going after....

Chevy is probably worried it may appear too masculine today. Gotta keep that toxic masculinity in check now or a certain group gets upset.

"So, buy her a beer,
that's the reason you're here,
Mighty Wingman.
You're taking one for the team,
so your buddy can live the dream.

Wingmaaaaann!"

They threw a blank check at Bruce Springsteen to get Born in the USA and couldn’t get it. That’s when the settled on Like A Rock. Not sure if Seger wrote it for the ad but decided to release it first or not. Sounds like an ad from the start.

Do you remember the "He's a 20 years straight gets to work on time... he's a love one woman for all his life" campaign they did back in 2013

I never was a Chevy person, but that campaign made me loathe and despise Chevy.

I’d like to teach the world to sing, in perfect harmony. I’d like to buy the world a Coke, and keep it company. That’s the song I sing.
