Has she really just been attempting this for 3 weeks and expects a result?or did she start before moving in with parents?
Her living with her parents (if not overcrowded & no safety issues) and not seeming to be very flexible with her wanting a 4 bedroom just to have a spare for guests probably pushes her down the list. If she has turned down 3 bedrooms that adds some risk of being lowered as well.

True. One would think that they probably would give preference for a 4 bedroom to a family that actually needed 4 bedrooms... as opposed to some chick with 2 kids that wanted a spare bedroom or two for entertaining.
