Is it “unmanly” to use a straw?

Kinda curious on an expanded opinion.

Growing up, my dad would always make fun of me for using a straw as being particularly unmanly.

“Are you wearing lipstick? No, then what are you scared of.”

I just think using a straw is more hygenic a lot of the time.

It's unmanly to worry so much about what other people think.

Hey, I’m not worried at all. I’m just curious as to the social normalacy of the issue. I’m still using a straw no matter what

Key lesson taught in rushing as pledge: you never drink with a straw. We would just bend it over and drink from there.

Yes using straws is gay. when i'd get a drink at fred's i'd always throw the straw away and drink it like how it's supposed to be drank. You think baws back in the American Revolution used straws? Straws are for hipster liberals that wear skinny jeans and can't change their car oil.

I've heard that once before and it's still one or the stupidest things I've ever heard.

Your dad was an insecure closeted homosexual who wouldn't even admit it to himself
