I don't do it, but that doesn't mean I will never do it. With that said, I have opened up a water in the store, while waiting to check out and started drinking it before buying it.

even worse is when someone gets something refrigerated and then just sticks it on some random aisle. They can't put it back in the cooler, it has to be thrown away. I saw a 6lb roast sitting on the bread aisle the other day

Sorry about that, stockboy

so what about the fountain coke machine inside the front door?

Yep, I technically stole from it a couple of times.

so you immediately run to the cash register to pay for your drink or you finish shopping and enjoy the watered-down drink after you've paid?

Yeah but what you gotta worry about is the stockboy grabbing it and throwing it back on the meat rack to sell after it's been sitting at room temperature for the last 9 hours.

I watched an older couple at Kroger eat two bananas and at least half a bag of grapes while they were walking around the produce aisle. This was on Saturday.

I have never seen anything like that before.

the kroger by our house has a stand inside the door loaded with bananas, apples & oranges and a sign that says 'your kids may help themselves to fresh fruit'.

You or whoever could be charged for shoplifting if the store manager chose to do so

When I'm high af and doing grocery shopping, I'll occasionally snack on some popcorn chickens from the deli as I shop. Still pay for them doe. Just high and got the munchies

Look, if my kid starts eating grapes while I push him around the store in the cart, why am I going to stop him? so he can start melting down before your eyes? Screw you and you judgmental viewpoints.

as i understand it, the mentality of those who do it is, if you can finish before you get to the register just drop the empty bag/wrapper and it was free.

at least that is what i see them do very often

reminds me of a trip to Dollar Tree a few months ago

it was on a Sunday and in the early afternoon. it felt like a few congregations let out at the same time and i got to see the best of mid-winter black churchwear. while waiting in line with the gf, i heard somebody loudly eating Bugles (apparently, Dollar Tree stills sells Bugles)

it was an eldery black lady who was about 6-2 wearing a weave that was about 7 inches tall

and her bugle crumbs were running down her neon green top

it was simply spectacular people watching

Sorry, when I’m hungover at the store on Sunday, there is a good chance the check out person will be scanning an empty Gatorade bottle.

And I don’t feel bad about it or trashy

This one must have one for seniors, cause they were like locusts on the fruit aisle.

I caught myself getting mad, but then remembered I will be old and crazy one day.

I know a guy who will grab a handful of bulk peanuts or pistachios and eat them while shopping. He cracks them open and drops the shells on the floor.
