Is it trashy to eat food before you pay for it at the store?

I can’t stand when people grab something and start eating it before they checkout. Just fricking wait you pig!

i bought an ice cream sandwich (among a lot of other things) last night. The only checkout line was an old cashier and she was moving VERY slow and weighing tons of fruit.
I ate the ice cream. I am not letting it melt while I wait 10 mins for the cashier to check me out.
If it was room temperature food, I agree.

i'll drink a drink sometimes while i shop. ...and yeah sometimes i'll break into my bag of chips.
when i grocery shop.
the subway thing i strangely get, but i'd be a hypocrite.

This brings back one of the trashiest sites I've ever seen... was at a super one go figure.
I was in line at the checkout when I hard obnoxious slurping, chewing and gulping. I look to find a guy with long greasy hair, sweatpants filled with holes, a beer gut for days and a stained wife beater 3 sizes too small. He had a chicken wing in one hand and an open GALLON of chocolate milk in the other... he saw me looking back, wiped some of the buffalo sauce off his face and proudly said.... hey...sometimes you can't wait.
I think it'll be a LONG time before I have an encounter that classless again

At least at a grocery store, you could be there for a half hour to an hour shopping. It is trashy though, my favs are the ones who have to get a fountain soda there!
I was getting gas in work truck at QT today, and this frick couldn't wait the 10 seconds it takes to walk to counter, before he was 3/4 done with a doughnut.
I'm like seriously???? Your eating the doughnut while still looking to grab another? You couldn't grab 2 doughnuts, pay for them and then eat them????

I very rarely wait to open a drink before paying. I also don't look like the type that would steal anything.
