Nope. I used to but it's a waste of time. Grass people come once a week and their riding mower takes care of it. Between that and the everyday rain, it isn't an issue.

Ours come every other week and we were instructed by the property manager that they took care of all the yard work but that we had to pick up the poop.

I'll do it, but I try to be discreet and wait for someone whose can isn't up by their house.

That said, not carrying said poop home to put in your own fricking trash can is trashy as hell.

So in other words the mower chops it up and spreads more dog shite all over your yard......
you know that shite can carry diseases? You kid is going to be crawling all over that yard in a few months.

Maybe you shouldn't be so uptight about trashcans? It's a trashcan ya know. I doubt someone putting a bag of poo in it during pickup times is going to have any impact on you at all. You do know that the shite is in a bag and thus will not touch your precious trashcan interior, right? It sounds like you're just a control freak that gets upset over non issues.

I wonder how they would feel if I tossed a bag of dog shite into their vehicle because they parked it on public property.
Oh shut the frick up you imbecile. If you need to post some asinine scenario like that to prove your point, as if there's a correlation between tossing dog shite in someone's car and trashcan, it probably means you're overreacting

Yeah, you should see our grass. It's lush.

What the hell is wrong with you people?
How about this scenario...
I don't have a dog and I don't want your dog shite bag in my trashcan. I don't care if it's triple bagged with a lovely scent barrier. It isn't my dogs shite or my problem. It's your problem, deal with it using your own resources.

My question is, "Do most dog owners only walk their dog so it shits in someone else's yard?"

I think we can all pick out who shops at wal mart in this thread

A while back I looked out my window and saw my neighbor watch his large dog drop a massive turd in my yard about five feet from my truck. I politely asked him to not let his dog poop in my yard or at least pick it up when I saw him the next day. He denied it happened to which I said I most definently saw him watch the dog poop. He kind of admitted to it after making a few more excuses. I was kind of embarrassed for him because it was such a lame thing to try and weasel out of with bad lies. I was more annoyed that it made things awkward with my neighbor for a while than the actual poop in the yard.

i do it all the time. i tie the bag off. It doesn't stink, they won't even know its there.

Most newer residential subdivisions are designed with a public right of way that is wider than the street surface. Technically, my dog is shitting on a lawn owned by the city/county, you just mow it for them.

This is what I thought of as well. Babies love to put anything and everything in their mouths. Including that tiny piece of dried up dog poop they now just managed to find.

remind me what problem it causes for you?

I don't have a dog. Fwiw. But I have seen people not pick up dog shite all over the country in shitty neighborhoods and high class as well. Everyone in this thread are the only people that pick it up.
