Yep, and it is gonna be a helluva a bill come due for it. Not easy to stay fit, people like to throw out the no time to exercise excuse, but diet is overwhelmingly the more important component. You can easily engineer a program between walking and simple exercises (one can do at home) that will keep a person fit with a reasonable diet. Just don't eat every meal like you are Henry VIII and remember that sugar is the devil.

Yeah, I think it's just suburban car culture. If people had to walk everywhere, that would help a lot. When I lived in Spain for half a year a long time ago, I remember thinking the 40-50 year old women were really in shape

ya that is def true.

americans dont walk anywhere.

uber just perpetuates the problem. i do it too though, if were out drinking, instead of walking 8 blocks, we will get an uber

I too think adequately funded and well performing public schools are a blight on society.

Only because the places they replaced have become homes for low income trash and the neighborhoods go to shite after that.

Answer was fat people. It was freaking unreal

Yeah it was always tempting to go after the hot Latina and then you see her mom and grandma.

Tons of places in Europe were designed centuries before cars so places are much more walkable.

People don’t care anymore because ‘fat shaming’ is now a borderline hate crime. American culture has accepted it and now we have fat models like heather graham to help fat women feel more acceptable.

You're right about the fat shaming thing

But people care more than ever. Never before in American history has it been controversial to eat a burger. Now people act like it's some fricking scandal to drink a regular coke.

I get that we're an increasingly obese population, but it's not because people don't care anymore. It's just that in prior decades, people didn't have the option to veg out constantly like we do. They weren't vanity-obsessed fitness freaks.

I’m cracking on Pecker’s shitty clock- watching, getting-lectured-to-by-his-morbidly-obese-HR-Nazi- cuckold-mistress-Boss-while- secretly- dreaming-about-The-Magic-Kingdom-desk jockey job. Not your awesome high-salaried , 1500 square foot corner- office supervisory role running much of the known Universe career.

They're really fat bro. I mean hell I'm 5'10", 175lbs and the health fair people tell me I'm gonna die any second now. All the other people with the 30+ BMI must really feel like they have no shot. Sad.
