Is it controversial to say that diversity is only good for minorities?

All of this "better together" and "diversity makes us stronger" push is just bs. I agree that diversity can be a good thing, but only when it's naturally done. Similar to socialism, diversity for the sake of diversity only helps minorities and can actually hurt the group overall.

Diversity without assimilation is what causes problems

Diversity is great for kids. The world is diverse. Why not shed light on that early on?
