Since Atlanta is home to quite a few Fortune 500 companies, so there is a lot more opportunity. Houston is home to mostly O&G companies but it all depends what you are looking for.

Sure Houston is home to a lot of oil and gas companies. It's also home to 21 of the Fortune 500 (Atlanta has 15). Houston list also doesn't include ExxonMobil which is moving their HQ from Dallas to Houston.

Walton High in East Cobb County is a wonderful school.

That's great but it isn't going to stay that way. Things change. Cobb is trending about 10 years behind Gwinnett. Don't believe me? Look at the school board and county commissioners.

Walton, Allatoona and Harrison are the best HS's in Cobb. And 2 of the 3 are West Cobb schools.

Houston is bigger and has more "world-class" features. It has a better restaurant scene.

I really dislike being in Houston and can’t wait to leave, but credit where credit is due. There are some great places to eat here. I’ve had some great meals in Houston.

Yeah it comes from ignorance. Hispanic folks are friendly, work their asses off doing jobs most of the entitled welfare types have no desire to do and have great food.

The old part is now sort of I guess, it’s certainly expensive by Houston standards. Not the northwest part with all the bars.

Guessing he’s referring more to West U/Tanglewood/River Oaks/Memorial etc

I’ve been in the heights for 4 months now and have no idea what this means.

The area roughly bounded by Heights and Studewood, north of White Oak South of 20th or so is still pretty old and leafy and definitely expensive

No idea where white oak is but I’m south of 20th. I really don’t know where I am I suppose.

If you have No idea where White Oak is - you may not live in the Heights. The surrounding areas like to call themselves The Heights also, but that’s just expansion areas.

Houston doesn’t have any Falcons fans, so they have that going for them.

This board shits on every single city, state yet has a weird fascination with top 10 state/cities lists while conveniently ignoring that Louisiana places in the bottom of every single list you can think of.

California is shite on more than Louisiana which makes no sense in a rational world.
