EMP would still blow out the blinkers so you can’t signal your turns.

Then Danny Brown would pull you over for no blinker usage and smell weed.

You should swap the chow for an Akita

If it’s that bad you’ll be dead within a week. Save your money.

It’s not even going to take 6 months. There would be a LOT of starving and murder going on in the first month, especially in and around cities.

Shortly after that I wouldn’t be surprised to see the system break down to the point of two extremes: single-family units living and supporting themselves in the middle of nowhere and roving bands of hunter-gatherers (i.e. Mad Max-esque).

Life would generally suck, regardless.

Nicole Brown Simpson would tell you to not bring an Akita to an OJ knife fight.

Except she can’t because she did.

Best bugout vehicle is a couple mules and a wagon.

EMF is a made up thing to worry about when it comes to a real, widespread problem.

Because physics.

Do EMP attacks even affect disconnected, DC-powered devices like cars? Seems kind of weird that this would be an issue.

As long as he stays topped off with blinker fluid he should be good.

It’s pointless to maintain one. You can’t drive it for the first 6 months until most people die and things calm down. By then you can just go out looking for one while you go house to house looking for opiates.

The whole point of a bug out is that you have a plan ready to go. You have your bags packed and a definite destination in mind.

People aren’t going to go lord of the flies right when the power switches off. Worst case scenario you’ll have 36-48 hours before panic begins to set in a major city

If you do prep AND you spend the time on your arse not exercising the options you’ve set up for yourself you are a special kind of stupid.
