Is Gangstalking real?

I have watched over a hundred videos on YouTube about this phenomenon which has been around for years but I have yet to see ANYTHING that truly looks like some kind of intimidation or harassment. All I see are these delusional people posting videos showing other persons out in public who appear to be simply minding their own business but apparently they are involved in a orchestrated campaign to harass the individual. We’re supposed to believe that the police or some other branch of our government is paying these people to follow and stalk certain people for reasons unknown.
