Always clean.
Can get an immediate car wash.
The constant presence of cops keeps away the filthy beggar trash and ghetto criminals.
Everywhere else is a game of trying to avoid homeless assholes.

B Quik on Perkins is the best thing about BR. Staff is incredibly nice, floors/bathrooms are clean and cashiers are efficient..seriously, it's like a gas station from Utah landed in BR..

Only convenience store in town I can think of where the cashiers are clean, friendly, efficient - and don’t seem to hate their job. That should be like the bare minimum for a retail business but they are the only ones to pull it off.
