I'm pretty sure that's Sammy Marsh Wade, married to world ranked professional darts player, James Wade. She use to be a "Walk On" girl for the PDC (Professional Darts Corporation) who would walk the players out to the stage when they played.
She's put on some weight since she quit that gig and married Wade, but she is still pretty stunning. What in my part of the world is known as "Big Fine".
