We need a few inches of rain! It's been so fricking dry and my yard is a brick. How long has it been since we had any measurable rain in the BR area?

When I sold print advertising we measured everything in column inches. Sometimes people would need to sell another &100.00 dollars worth of it to make their goal. It was the only job I ever had where a hot 23 year old woman would come up to a 50 year old like me in the office and blurt out, "I need 10 more inches."

Here at the New Orleans international airport, We have only seen about 0.38 inches of rainfall for September. August was 15 + inches.
