Absolutely no laws preventing it.
Jews living in Gaza and the West Bank....Plenty of laws on the books to ethnically clense the area of Jews.

And that's why Gaza's elected government shouldn't have started a war that they have exactly zero chance of winning.
It's one of those things where I know Hamas would chop my head off if they could, so I cared for a while. However, at this point it's just like, there's never going to be peace in the Middle East. If people weren't fighting about this, they'd be fighting about something else.
Honestly, I've checked out of that and just politics in general. It has very little effect on my day to day life.
