Only time I drink any sort of beer now is at a sporting event, since anything else will be ridiculously expensive.
In the rare case I drink at home, will make an old fashioned or open a bottle of wine

If you were drinking a hazy IPA then you may have OD'ed on lactose. You may have had 3 pints of milk sugar..

Thanks for sharing your drinking preferences with the class Steve. Unfortunately for you nobody gives a flying frick.

If you were "aging" your IPAs, you brewed shitty ones. Hops start fading right after carb
He's talking about conditioning it in a bottle for a couple of weeks. This is common, and most agree that IPAs are best tasting after a couple of weeks in the bottle.

We'll have to agree to disagree on this.

IPAs are shite. If you want a less shitty experience (no pun intended) try some Belgian beer (just not farmhouse style.)
Hops are a preservative, and not a good thing for anyone but Americans with shitty taste buds in the quantities that IPAs use them. Combine that with the fact you were probably drinking something hazy, or fruity, or similarly fricked up, you had a recipe for disaster brewing.

IPA= I Piss Alcohol
You are drinking someone else’s piss when you drink an IPA.

Stick to bourbon my guy
I love bourbon but it gives me brain fog. Beer makes me feel bloated for days. That is why I have moved to tequila or wine.

I rarely drink two IPAs in a row or even in same night. Ideally every drink or beer is something different than the one before.
Beer in general is giving me more of an allergies reaction in older age.
