IP Address shared between two posters

Hey Admin,
This is a question to you. If I live with another poster here and share the same IP address, why am I assumed to be an alias and immediately suspended and no one will actually listen to me?
Can you please make an exception? How can I prove my story to your satisfaction?
I'm not an alias, I'm just sharing an IP.

IPs are assigned to a device, not an individual router. You aren’t using the same phone as your housemate. You’re an alter.

This happened to my college roommate. Made an account and got banned immediately
