It’s also been said that she stayed at the beach house bc the family wasn’t treated well in the other location after the boat accident.
Correct. I forgot about this.

This sounds more feasible than my initial thoughts of AM ordering a hit on Maggie & Paul.

I just keep going back to the recording they played of the investigators calling Murdaugh and Harpootlian after he was shot on the roadside, where Murdaugh says that all it took was asking Cousin Eddie to shoot him, and he obliged.

Even Harpootlian seemed taken aback by that on the recording - that Alex admitted he's got a dude who will commit to killing someone just because he asked.

The dude was out his mind on Oxy and his best alibi was that he was asleep and with his mom who has dementia. And he couldn’t even keep that one straight. I don’t think he was capable of coming up with something this intricate in any way shape or form lol

Come on. You know the Cowboys/cartel told him he better come up with an Alibi quickly or they were going kill Buster next. He did the best he could in the urgency of the situation.

True. Cousin Eddie did it for free but was a poor shot-on purpose, or not?

Also, the theory that Maggie told someone over her bluetooth in her car or by text (on the way to the hunting property) That something is fishy, Alex was up to something.

Did this come out in court? Or is this a rumor?

That is not in evidence. Her sister would have been the one to say that, and she definitely didnt.

Didn't Maggie's devices get searched by the police investigators?

Also the cowboys/cartel probably knew Maggie found duffel bags of the pills. And someone said her charity checks were bouncing.

Any woman would quietly seek a divorce attorney. But it matters not. Alex said today he was an addict with a drug addled mind. So he was controlled by the cartel because he was an addict, obviously...

It was always going to have a horrific ending. No regular big shot Boz Hoggs with solicitor influence on all their courts even goes through $50,000 a week on drugs. Unless some big time cartel is involved.

He has an answer for every piece of evidence that is against him. He's such a liar and a fake!

That's not in evidence. It's a news report based on an anonymous law enforecement source.

One second I think AM is gonna lose it bad. Then his lawyer skills are clearly seen.

He is doing a good job of maintaining composure when he gets up to the edge. Waters keeps attributing Alex ability to manipulate and insist he is trying to manipulate the jury with his trial lawyer skills. Alex is not some amazing trial lawyer. His skills are more in negotiating, relationships and ability to get cases or be retained because of venue. He is not Perry Mason. The defense will flip that around and say the only objective evidence of manipulation in this case comes from SLED.

Plus it goes completely against his testimony.

Ignoring everything else, it’s agreed that he was visiting his mom at her home. This article says he was visiting his dad at the hospital.

He stopped back at his house AFTER visiting his mom, right? Then he went to the kennels when he realized nobody else was home.

He didn’t go straight to the kennels after visiting his mom, correct?

Based on the Onstar GPS data (and I believe undisputed by the state) that is correct.

I didn't read the full article. I try to avoid anything that isn't within evidence for obvious reasons.

Did the marriage stuff get ruled as inadmissible?

Seems pretty relevant. Don’t know why the prosecution isn’t hammering that home.

I do not think it was offered and it certainly would have been, if true. It would have been relevant to me. I just don’t think it was true or not provable because of confidentiality issues.

No one testified to it. It was all conjecture by anonymous reports.

Her sister knew nothing about it. Said they had minor problems like every couple but loved each other dearly and Alex would do anything for Maggie.

I'm certain this has been answered already, but can someone post where exactly this ranch and property is.
I like to look at Google maps of the area.
TIA
