Guy types 1 and 2 are not on this board all day long because they're out slaying tang. Guys 3 and 4 are here from time to time, but most of this board is the rest.

46, been working out consistently since I was 23. I’m around 12-13% but as I get older, it’s harder to maintain and to care as much as I used to. Plus, I like bourbon and rum way too much on the weekends.

I guess my measurements are off. I was at 14% but def look more like the 20% guy where you can only see a bit of the top abs.
