I need to go buy some land in Ferriday before the new interstate sends property values through the trailer roof

A University of Georgia student and two Alabama friends launched a nonprofit organization earlier this year to promote the concept, The Columbus Ledger-Enquirer reported.

I like how the article words this like these two guys kicked this idea around and came up with it this year.

I-14 has been mulled over since 2005. A little piece of it has been open in Killeen since Jan 2017.

Would be nice to see another route through the central states.

New Orleans-Baton Rouge-Natchez-Monroe-Little Rock- Springfield-Kansas City

There's no plan to build an interstate through Huntsville onto Atlanta. People in Memphis can take 22 to Birmingham then 20 to Atlanta.

Which means it’s feasible.

This would be a huge help for I-10 traffic.

I-65 doesn't run through Huntsville, baw. That's what 565 is for. It's the exit right before Brownsferry Road in Limestone County.

As long as it ran through leesville and not DeRidder. Would shave an hour off my trips to Natchez, for sure.

It would take 10 years to get that open. They’d have to build another MS River Bridge.

Not a single fricking place on that map is somewhere I would plan to visit.

And doesn't Meridian have a couple interstates going through it?
