I think the professor needs a dose of his own medicine so he'll back off. He thinks it's totally cool for him to dox people and contact their employers, I don't understand the reluctance to contact his employer at UC Davis and the police.

It could be an envelope of documents printed and sent via mail to his Dean, with an anonymous letter detailing your initial post.
I agree you need to contact the guy in Atlanta, UC Davis and probably the FBI too. You're definitely not the kook in this situation and it's a shame this guy has perverted the internet's original purposes (saying stuff with impunity and in home pornography).
What's the point of the internet if we can't say stuff without consequences on a message board?
