Intermittent Fasting recommendation for COVID and Health

For anyone worried about gaining weight or not being able to excercise like normal I highly recommend intermitent fasting. I have been intermittent fasting since August and have gone from 193 to 166.
Here is what I do:
Monday-Friday eat once a day. I'll eat dinner around 6 and eat whatever I want.
Sat-Sun I fast for 12-15 hours but pretty much eat a small lunch and big dinner. I drink on Fridays and Saturdays.
Highly recommended!

So basically if you drastically reduce your caloric intake you can expect to lose weight? This is mindblowing stuff.

If the trade-off for not being as miserable as that sounds is a little extra weight, I do it gladly.

My version of intermittent fasting is that I generally don’t eat breakfast and I never snack. Want to not gain weight? Don’t snack. Want to lose weight? Move your arse around a bit and don’t fricking snack.

if you fast on fresh vegie juice or fruit 4 days your immune system is optimized for a couple months unless you drugs/alcohol.
5th day apples and a vegie soup you can eat the vegies. day 6 normalish.
